Mr. Mao Kong Kea, Director/CEO

Mr. Mao Kongkea has more than 20 years of experiences in management level with many international companies, he is an outstanding performer in financial management. He obtained his Business Administration in 1999 from National University of Management. His previous working experiences include several seniors’ management in many companies such as JEL Cambodia Co., Ltd, iOne Co., Ltd and DLK Investment Co., Ltd. He has proven skills in leasing, commercial and corporate lending, portfolio management, credit and risk management, financial analysis. Mr. Kongkea has led the company to stand very strongly to provide services of leasing in Cambodia.

Mr. Dong Dina, Deputy CEO

Mr. Dina obtained his Bachelor Degree in Finance and Banking in 2007 from Royal University of Laws and Economics and Master Degree in Accounting from Yunnan University, China. He was promoted from Finance Manager to Deputy CEO since October 2019. Currently, he is ACCA student at Cam-Ed business school. He has joint in many training courses both local and overseas related to credit, leasing and financial management. He has more than 10 years of working experiences in microfinance and specialized banking. Prior to joining KK FUND, he was the Finance Manager of Bayon Credit MFI.

Mr. Sok Narong, Deputy CEO

Narong started his career at KK Fund Leasing in 2014 as Credit Manager. In terms of education, he obtained Bachelor Degree in Finance and Banking in 2007 from Royal University of Laws and Economics. Currently he is an MBA candidate. He has more than 10 years working experiences with MFI and Bank such as Hattha Kaksekar Ltd., ACLEDA Bank, and Cam-Capital Bank. He started his career from Credit Officer to Deputy Chief Credit Officer and Loan Manager. He has joined many training courses related to credit and leasing and management skills.

Mr.Chrorng Koemsan Chief Business Officer

Koemsan has started his career at KK FUND since 2015 as Executive HR-Admin Officer. In term of Education, he obtained Bachelor Degree in Management in 2013 from Asia Europe University, currently he is also a MBA candidate. He has more than almost 10 years working experiences with several industries such as Hotel and Restaurant, Food & Beverages, Import and Trading Distribution FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) Finance and Banking. He started his career from HR Staff to Assistant to HR Director, HR-Admin Officer, Executive Human Resource. He has joint in many training courses related to Human Resource, Management, Office Management, Performance Management, Recruitment and Selection, and Leadership and Management, Training of Trainer, Office Administration and Protocol, Human Resource Management for 21 centuries, Digital for Human Resource, HR for Non HR, HR Business Partner.

Mr. Phoy Phany Head of Internal Audit Department

Phany started his career at KK Fund Leasing in July 2019 as Head of Internal Audit. In terms of education, he obtained Bachelor Degree of Finance and Banking in 2013 at National University of Management. He has attended numerous training courses such as internal audit, advance credit risk management, CIFRS for SME, Training of Trainer, Loyalty and Commitment, Internal Control, Audit and Managing Key Risk in MFI, Work Spirt of Manager, Work Motivation and Issue Solution and Human Resource Management. He has more than 8 years working experiences with MFI such as Niron MFI, LOLC MFI and Mohanokor MFI. He started his career from Credit Officer, Accountant, Internal Auditor, Senior Internal Auditor and Manager of Financial Audit.

Mrs. NHOR Dalin Head of Sales & Underwriting Department

Mrs. Dalin was born in 1995. She is from Thbong Khmom province. She obtained Bachelor Degree in 2017 from Royal University of Law and Economic. She has over 5 years’ experiences in MFIs. She used to be a Sale Consultant, Legal Research Assistant, Customer Service, Sale and Marketing, Sale and Marketing Team Leader, Deputy Inspection Manager, Inspection Manger and now she is a Head of Underwriting Department for KK Fund Leasing Plc from April 2020. She has attended many training courses such as Communication Skill, Leadership, Skills for Sales, Market and Evaluation and Credit Risk Management.

UK Channveasna, Head of Operation

Channveasna, obtained Master Degree in Business Administration at National University of Management in 2013. He graduated Bachelor Degree of Finance and Banking from Royal University of Law and Economics in 2011 and ACE General English Program from Australian Centre for Education in 2020. He attended various local and international trainings and workshops on relevant courses related to microfinance managing growth and impact, credit risk management, training of trainer, branch management, service manner, internal audit skill, micro& SME business operation management, collateral evaluation, financial management and leadership etc. Veasna has got more than 10 years of experience working with Microfinance institutions and commercial bank in Cambodia. He started his career with Sathapana Bank Plc., in 2010 as credit officer, and then he was promoted to be various positions such as SME credit officer in 2011, internal auditor in 2012, SME Assessment Officer in 2014, Branch Manager in 2015 and senior training and development officer 2016. In 2017, he moved to work with Kredit Microfinance Plc., which has been merged with Phillip Bank Plc, as Manager of Micro and SME Lending Support, he also involved with merging of Kredit Microfinance Plc with Phillip Bank Plc. and transforming to become a commercial bank. He has started working at KK Fund Leasing Plc. as Head of Branch Support Department since January 02nd, 2020.

Mr. BENJAMIN ONG KHENG HOCK, Director of Business Development

Mr. Ong has expressed his desire to become an entrepreneur at a young age; there was no industry better to prove his mettle better than the automotive industry as his passion for cars will be the driving force. Starting in the early 90’s, Mr. Ong rode the crest of the economic boom representing brands like Citroen and later BMW in Singapore. Not satisfied with this apparent success, Mr. Ong assembled his dream team and furthered his business into the after-sales market; Further expanding his reach, now, beyond any singular brand, into all continental automobiles in Singapore. With more than 20 years of time-tested guidelines to success, Mr. Ong has expanded his vision to Cambodia. In this latest endeavor, Mr. Ong will be distilling ¬the elements in his greatest accomplishments into directing the Business Development of KK Fund Leasing Plc.
